Shilpa started her FCTG career in 2014 as HR Executive and today is responsible for the Peopleworks function in the UAE region.
With her mother’s strong influence acting as a key influence in her life, Shilpa knows the power of a great female leader and role model.
“My mother came from a remote village in India and completed her education despite much opposition from the family. Today she is a Principal in a school and travels 4 hours every day to her office and back and never misses a day, even during heavy snowfall. To me that is determination and great work ethic!”
