Nicole Riksman

- AMBASSADOR - Starting as a Novice in W.A, Nicole has since worked across a number of brands in multiple states.

From Student Flights to Escape Travel to Travel Money OZ, Nicole has held roles from Team Leader to Brand Leader and Regional Leader. Her current role is the GM for Flight Centre Brand in WA/NT.

As one of the newest members of the Womenwise Committee, we asked Nicole a couple of questions…

What do you think is the biggest challenge for female leaders?

Confidence! I have been so lucky to have great mentors over the years who have backed me, but without them, I can think of a few times I may not have put my name forward or stepped up had I not been encouraged by a mentor or leader! It’s something that isn't always natural, however having a strong support system is key and to ensure you are giving back by backing the talent around you.

What excites you about coming to work everyday?

Every day is different and that's what makes it great!
