Jean is a people carer with over a decade of HR experience and is currently taking care of recruitment and daily HR functions across in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai. Part of the reason why she loves her work in FCM is because of the opportunity to inspire and bring about support and change for others, especially women. Financial incentives and Ownership
I have two favourites, Financial Incentives and Ownership. Our financial incentives inspire people to work in the best interest for themselves and for the company as well. Ownership is important as it empowers individuals to create high standards for themselves - and I believe that it can be a powerful tool to lead the organisation to success if everyone embraces ownership to its fullest.
Through what I do everyday! I welcome all female candidates to apply for the open jobs in our company and I try to inspire them during the interviews. We are introducing WISE programmes to advocate work life balance which is important for women in the workplace. Of all the employees in the three Chinese cities, 2/3 of them are female. As the only female representation in China SWOT, being the mouthpiece to articulate all women’s needs and benefits through the review and development of policies and structures is something that I take very seriously.
