The travel industry is an amazing place to thrive and develop yourselves in. It is an industry that connects the world and gives people the opportunity to think beyond frontiers and paradigms.
Bertrand is the only leading man within the Womenwise community. As the Managing Director for Asia, he leads the team to success across the 4 equity markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China, as well as the 11 partner markets. Bertrand’s goal is to keep FCM’s customers and people happy, through the development and building of a business strategy and structure to lead the Asia team to #dominateasia.
The travel industry is an amazing place to thrive and develop yourselves. It is an industry that connects the world and gives people the opportunity to think beyond frontiers and paradigms. And more than anything, this is an industry that is full of opportunities and will take a chance on you to grow and develop your talents. So, just seize the opportunity and go for it…. The rest is all up to you!
I really have a huge admiration for Christine Lagarde. She was a French lawyer and politician who managed to work her way up to Finance Minister. In 2011 she became the first female leader of the IMF. She was always a successful performer in a world of men and managed to do a better job than them. She built a family, always stayed true to herself and has built a lasting and amazing career.
Women anywhere in the world, should have the opportunity to decide their own fate, go for their own goals and achieve their dreams.
Always a passionate advocate for embracing differences in society to build a diverse and inclusive culture, Bertrand wants to help women to understand that they have the same opportunities as any men in FCM, in the business world and in society.
I’d like societies to give every individual an opportunity for complete free expression, that is free from judgement. People should have the opportunity to thrive, to do what they like and what they think they excel in, without any other barriers to themselves and their capabilities. Women in particular should have the opportunity, everywhere in the world to decide their own fate, go for their own goals and achieve their plans. We need a society that builds strong links between communities and accept differences as a norm.
