One of our youngest Womenwise committee members, Ashleigh has not taken long to embrace the Womenwise philosophy within her brand of Marketing.
Ashleigh started with FCTG in 2014 and is now Marketing Implementation Manager for Flight Centre brand. With 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and implementation as well as change, project and event management, Ashleigh is a seasoned leader and creator for positive change. Ashleigh has adopted the vision of inspiring and promoting Women by developing the group’s first local Womenwise chapter in 2016 and is constantly supporting women from within her business.

Brightness of Future is my favourite philosophy as it encourages us to strive for something greater.
I am so passionate about Brightness of Future and to me, it’s a reminder that FCTG genuinely cares about my professional development. I believe that we are responsible for our own development and feel equally fortunate to have the support and encouragement of FCTG.
Brightness of Future means different things to different people - it’s personal; and having a clear vision and plan of attack is key to success; whatever success means to you.
During my time at FCTG, I’ve been encouraged and challenged by my leaders and the business to take on new opportunities, to work on projects and to develop my skills in order to achieve my personal Brightness of Future. Brightness of Future is never achieved; it evolves and grows with you.
